Hello, everyone! I’m thrilled to announce a dream that has turned into a global reality. My apps, which began their journey in 2018, have now reached a remarkable milestone: downloads in 100 different countries! This is not just a number; it’s a testament to a global growing, especially for my newest app, Food Expiration Dates.

The Humble Beginnings (2018)

My adventure started modestly in 2018 with a friend. Initially, our focus was on creating an app, Nice Places, that catered to the needs of our local territory. We saw substantial growth in Italy. The highlight of this phase was reaching 1.000 downloads, a significant achievement for our budding project.

The Evolution and Expansion

As Nice Places was hard to improve due to a huge amount of work to do on the content creation part, I decided to create something new: last year marked a pivotal shift with the development of the Food Expiration Dates app. The idea was born from the desire to help people managing their kitchen and grocery shopping, reducing food waste.

Even though there were already apps on the market to do this, I wanted to include one that represented my vision for this type of app.

Global Adoption and Impact

The introduction of Food Expiration Dates significantly accelerated my growth. The adoption of the app surged across various nations, transcending boundaries and cultures. It’s fascinating to see how a simple, universal concern like managing food expiration can unite people globally.

A Word of Thanks

This journey, filled with challenges and triumphs, wouldn’t have been possible without you – the users. Your feedback and support have shaped my path.

Thanks also to the open source contributors, who have put their efforts to improve the app.

Thanks to everyone ❤️

Looking Ahead

As I celebrate this milestone, I’m more committed than ever to innovation and excellence. With plans to expand the features of Food Expiration Dates and explore new avenues, the future looks promising. I’m excited to continue this journey with you.

Conclusion

Thank you for being part of my story, from a local app to a global phenomenon. Your trust in my apps has not only helped me reach 100 countries but has also driven me to keep improving and learning new things. New I’m looking for more milestones, shared experiences, and success in the ever-evolving world of technology!
